Planning Meeting

From the desk of Headmaster Johnson:
Well, now that school is off to a great start, it is time for a good golf tournament meeting. I need YOU to help with the tournament. There are so many ways you can help. You can help us fill up the tournament with golf foursomes, ask businesses to contribute prizes for the top teams or items for goody bags, or you can help us find sponsors who are like-minded with our mission as a classical education school.

What we need most is for a group of parents to attend the meeting and then go out into the community and help us with these needs. You can attend the meeting in person in the cafeteria or on Zoom. Meanwhile, print out the golf flyer and the packet for potential sponsors and help socialize this event. One method I like to use, is to email the packet to potential golfers or businesses and then follow up with a phone call. That way, they have a chance to read over it before you call.
